What you will be able to do
- Write a channel score that weights Day-7 retained value ahead of CPI rank.
- Treat ATT consent mix and incomplete SKAN postbacks as quality defects.
- Separate creative fatigue from audience rot before you kill a network.
- Place store listing and brand search on the same ledger as paid sources.
- Defend the score in a mock finance review without sliding into jargon.
Modules
- 1. Inventory without theatre Map every source you actually buy or inherit, including “organic leftover.” Drop vanity names. Agree on the unit of cost.
- 2. Retained value as the first weight Rebuild Day-7 and Day-14 tables. Score a source on who remains and what they spend, not on how cheaply they arrived.
- 3. Coverage defects (ATT and postbacks) Thai iOS mixes often sit low. You practise lowering a network’s score when consent or SKAN coverage is thin instead of pretending Android saves the story.
- 4. Paid source decay after week three The cheap cohort is often a sampling artefact. You measure quality drop independently of creative calendar.
- 5. Creative fatigue versus audience quality Asset-level fatigue tests so you do not retire a still-viable audience.
- 6. Ledger defence Present the scored inventory to a guest playing finance. Interruptions are part of the pass condition.

Questions we actually get
Do I need an MMP already?
Yes. The Studio assumes you can export cohorts and SKAN postbacks. We do not teach MMP setup from zero. If your joins are broken, start with Attribution Leak Detection after a short call.
Is there a real limitation I should know?
The Studio will not invent incrementality. If you have no holdout or geo test, the score stays correlational. We will not let you dress a correlation as causal lift. That disappoints teams who wanted a magic “true ROAS” number in six weeks.
Can the whole UA desk attend?
Scorecard Seat is one person. Calibration Lab covers up to three. Larger desks look at Channel Residency on the enrolment page.
Are sessions in English?
Yes. Critique nights on Silom are in English; you may annotate your ledger in Thai. Mali marks both.
