1. Acceptance
By browsing this site or requesting a seat, you agree to these terms. If you are requesting enrolment for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not send an inventory letter.
This website does not process payments. A separate invoice and enrolment confirmation, sent by email, form the contract for a paid seat. Until that confirmation is issued, published prices are informational only.

3. Programmes and fitness
Courses assume you can already export campaign and cohort data. We may decline a seat if the inventory letter shows the programme would not help. Declining a seat before invoice does not create a fee. We may change session dates; if a change makes attendance impossible, the refund policy applies.
Instruction is educational. It is not media buying, legal advice, accounting advice, or a guarantee of revenue, retention, or store ranking.
4. Intellectual property
Site copy, syllabi, templates, and critique methods are owned by Datatracebase or its licensors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use templates for your employer’s internal channel scoring. You may not resell, republish, or teach the materials as your own product. Recordings, where provided under Channel Residency, remain our property; sharing outside the named seats is prohibited.
Campaign data you bring to critique remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your exports. We may use anonymised, aggregated examples in later teaching only if you do not object in writing within fourteen days of the session.
5. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, submit false enrolment details, or use critique sessions to solicit competing services from other students. We may suspend site access or cancel a seat for serious breach, with refund treatment as set out in the refund policy.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Datatracebase is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss arising from use of the site or from applying scoring methods to your media spend. Our total liability arising from a paid enrolment is limited to the fees you actually paid for that enrolment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not allowed.
The site may contain links to third-party tools (MMPs, store consoles, font or image hosts). We are not responsible for those services.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from enrolment, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting an already invoiced seat will be emailed to the billing contact.
